£50 offer terms.

1. The offer

£50 off our setup fee for eligible businesses that book a call through the offer and then sign up, as set out below. The offer is run by Purday Marketing (see our terms for our details).

2. Who can use it

UK businesses that have never been a Purday Marketing client before. One offer per business. Businesses under the same owner, or at the same address, count as one business. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business.

3. How to qualify

Our website shows an offer bar with a 10-minute timer, starting from your first visit on that device and browser. To qualify, you must: book a call through our website while the timer is running, using the offer bar’s “Book now” button or our booking page (which shows “£50 off applied” when the offer counts), and send the booking before the timer ends; attend the call within 14 days of booking (or a later date we agree); and accept our proposal and pay the setup fee within 14 days of the call.

The timer runs in your browser. Clearing your browser data, or using another device, may show the timer again, but it does not give you another offer or extend the time limit. We record when you booked through the offer, and if we believe the offer has been used more than once for the same business, we may refuse it.

4. How it is applied

The £50 is taken off your setup fee on your first invoice. It cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another business, used against ad spend or commission, or combined with any other discount. If your setup fee is refunded for any reason, the refund is the amount you actually paid.

5. Changing or ending the offer

We may change or end this offer at any time. We will always honour it for anyone who has already qualified under section 3 before the change.

6. General

We may refuse the offer if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken or the offer has been misused. These terms sit alongside our terms of service, which apply to any agreement you then make with us. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
