Scope

This applies to anyone using purdaymarketing.com, the client portal and any landing page we operate on your behalf.

What is not allowed

Attempting to access accounts, data or areas that are not yours. Probing, scanning or testing the security of the site without written permission. Scraping, bulk downloading or reselling enquiry data.

Uploading anything unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infected. Using enquiry contact details for anything other than the job the person enquired about.

Submitting false enquiries, or interfering with tracking or reporting in any way.

Your account

Keep your login credentials to yourself and tell us immediately if you think someone else has them. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

Reporting a problem

If you find a security issue, email alfiepurday2@gmail.com with the details before disclosing it anywhere else. We will acknowledge within five working days and we will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith.

Enforcement

We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this policy has been broken, and we will tell you why.
