How much is the setup fee?

It is quoted per firm on the call, before you commit to anything. It covers the ad account set up in your name, the audience, hundreds of ad variations, the landing page we build and host, the tracking and the lead routing. It is refunded in full if you cancel before we start the build.

Question 2

Is the 8% taken on enquiries or on jobs I actually win?

Accepted Answer

On jobs you win. An enquiry that never turns into work costs you nothing. On a £4,500 driveway our cut is £360 and you keep £4,140; on an £18,400 rear extension it is £1,472 and you keep £16,928.

Question 3

Do you take a cut of my ad budget?

Accepted Answer

No. The budget sits on your own card in your own ad account and is paid direct to Meta, visible to the penny. We never hold your money and never mark it up, and you can change it or pause it whenever you like.

Question 4

When is the commission invoiced?

Accepted Answer

Monthly, on completed jobs, payable within fourteen days. No work won, nothing owed.

Question 5

What am I never charged for?

Accepted Answer

A monthly retainer whether it works or not, a fee per enquiry, anything on jobs you did not win, and any markup on your ad spend. Those four are what this pricing exists to avoid.
