Who owns the ad account?

You do. It is set up in your name, funded by your card, and if we part ways it stays with you along with everything in it. We simply come off as admins.

What if a month produces nothing?

You have paid us nothing beyond the setup, because commission only exists on work you win. You have paid Meta for the ads, and we will have learned which angles are dead. That is the honest answer, and it is why we ask for one month rather than six.

Question 3

Do I need a website already?

Accepted Answer

No. The ad sends people to a landing page we build and host for you. If you have a site it can point there instead, but it is usually not the page that converts best.

Why 8% instead of a monthly fee?

A retainer gets paid whether you win work or not, which puts our interests on opposite sides. Taking a cut of jobs you actually land means a quiet month costs us both.

How long until the first enquiry?

Setup is usually about a week from getting access and the paperwork. Enquiries typically start inside the first fortnight of the ads going live, though it depends on trade, area and budget.

How do the leads reach me?

Accepted Answer

Call, text or email, whichever you asked for. Name, the job they want doing and their postcode. No portal to log into and no queue behind other trades.

Question 7

Are the enquiries shared with other firms?

Accepted Answer

No. Every enquiry from your ads is yours alone. We do not run two firms in the same trade in the same patch.

What if I want to stop?

Accepted Answer

One month minimum for a fair run, then cancel whenever you like. We hand back the account and remove our access.
